These terms govern your use of the ReplyCloud service. By subscribing, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

ReplyCloud provides a Google review reply management service. We reply to Google reviews left on your Google Business Profile on your behalf, within 24 hours of a review being posted.
The service includes:
ReplyCloud is a monthly subscription service priced at £39 per month, billed in advance. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email at hello@replycloud.co.uk. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with the service, provided we have been given reasonable opportunity to deliver the service and access to your Google Business Profile. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable.

ReplyCloud provides a best-efforts service. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as improvements in Google ranking, review scores, or customer enquiries, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in that period.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses including loss of profit, loss of business, or reputational damage.
The replies we write on your behalf become your content once posted. We retain no ownership over replies posted to your Google Business Profile.
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription immediately if you breach these terms, provide false information, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify existing customers of significant changes with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
